I would just like to say this was my first time using Karrot. Frank was the most amazing person to deal with and made my experience memorable. He was on time and very easy to communicate with. He was even kind enough to give me a discount on the item I was purchasing. On top of that he gave me another extra card, as a gesture of good business. It was a pleasure dealing with Frank.
