Geoff was really accommodating, offering to meet in Manhattan to make the transaction easy. He was also great at communicating the details, from the time to the location, so I knew exactly what to expect.

Geoff was really helpful and understanding, providing all the details I needed about the item and how to transport it. He went the extra mile to pack the items in a way that would be easier for us to carry around, and surprised my little one with extra books too. Excellent and smooth process!
