Eli was really helpful, offering to see if they had anything else I might need. They sent over the address clearly when I asked and were very patient with the arrival instructions.

Really communicative and waiting for me with item when I arrived

They made coordinating the pickup for the lamp and the hook really easy, and were available when I needed them.
