Confirmed in writing my eta 1 hour & received an immediate response 👌🏻. Updates followed including early arrival on Karrot, set several meetups & 📞. Left after 30min. wondering if there were phone issues. Frustrated since I am a senior who travelled from Yorkdale to dwtn. he msg. he would come down😳relief-he was honourable and I appreciate his apology and gesture-his previous reviews were✅ so this experience was probably an unfortunate isolated incident and learning experience-should this happen to anyone just come to the lobby & check for your buyer if u have made p/u arrangements-I am grateful that this was not a scam. Geoff was very accommodating when I had to reschedule, which I really appreciated. He was also super patient when the subway caused me a delay on the day of the pickup.
