Laura was great at coordinating our meetup, offering specific times and a location that worked. I appreciated that they were so accommodating with my initial request for a different spot and then confirmed the final details clearly.

Laura was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages quickly and the pickup was smooth. I really appreciate her kindness in giving the item for free. Highly recommended!
