They were very communicative about coordinating the pickup time and made sure their husband arrived around 7 pm as planned.

Punctual, and early, very polite and respectful. Kept me updated when he was leaving and when he arrived downstairs, even sending a photo. He also kindly asked if he should return the bags I had given him his items in. I’m happy that someone else can enjoy them!
