Pop

Pop was a bit all over the place with timing but they were clear about their schedule changes and very apologetic, which I appreciated.

Pop was friendly and responded in a timely manner. Came and collected the items when he said he would. Much appreciated.

It was a pleasure dealing with Pop. They were very communicative and clear about their needs from the start.
