I was so happy they were able to deliver the diapers! They were very communicative about timing, and even though the weather was bad, they made the trip and were very cheerful about it. I really appreciated their flexibility when I kept changing my mind about pickup versus delivery and when my friend couldn't make it. They were so kind to rearrange things to get the diapers to me. 😊
