Beautiful vintage Wille Swiss ladies mechanical wristwatch featuring an ornate solid 14K white gold case with an elegant sculpted design. The dial is signed Wille, with 17 Jewels and Swiss markings. The watch has a classic vintage cream-tone dial with applied hour markers, original-style hands, and naturally developed age/patina that gives the piece plenty of character. The standout feature is the watch case itself. The rear is clearly hallmarked 14K, and the round case is surrounded by highly detailed, flowing sculptural lugs that give the watch a distinctive jewellery-watch appearance. The workmanship is considerably more elaborate than a typical small ladies watch of the period. The watch is fitted with a vintage fine-mesh bracelet with a safety chain. The bracelet is marked 1/20 10KT Gold Filled / Stainless, so the bracelet is not solid gold; the watch case is the 14K gold component.
