3pc Leather Choc/Brown Loveseat/Chair/Ottoman

Selling as a set only: Dark Brown Smooth Leather Loveseat 62”Wx36”D Chair 39”Wx36”D Ottoman 28.5”Wx22”D There is a small tear on the top back of the Loveseat which is not very noticeable. Also, when looking at the Loveseat the back left leg is not attached. When we moved the loveseat, we took the feet off and when we went to put them back on the screw to hold the leg on fell inside the bottom and we were unable to get it out. The loveseat is a bit worn, not bad though, the chair & ottoman are almost like new. These are smooth leather, dark brown. This is being sold as a set for all 3 pieces. As is! Available for pickup this weekend. Ground level garage, no stairs. Super easy access, just drive up and load. Must have two people to Help, no help available at pickup site in Park Ridge.
