A charming pair of vintage swan-shaped open salt cellars (or trinket dishes). These elegant pieces feature silver-plated heads and intricate, articulated wings that open and close to reveal the glass basin. Commonly used during formal dinners to hold salt, pepper, or condiments, these also make beautiful vanity dishes for rings or small earrings. • Design: Realistic swan form with detailed feathers and floral motifs on the wings. • Feature: Articulated "moveable" wings that pivot open. • Materials: Silver-plated alloy and scalloped pressed glass. • Dimensions: Approximately 3" tall and 3" long (see photos for scale with Pepsi can). • Condition: Good vintage condition.
