The Sausage Maker’s D-5 Food Dehydrator with Stainless Steel Shelves is our compact version but still maintains all the power and reliability of our larger models. The dehydrator comes with 5 shelves made with 304 Series, 22-gauge stainless steel construction. Shelves are food grade and won’t rust. D-5 Food Dehydrator is a great way of enjoying preserved foods for the entire family. Use it to make jerky, dry fruit, vegetables, or fruit leathers. This dehydrator features a rear-mounted fan and louvred door to maximize air circulation and moisture removal. This model has a removable door, the vented stainless steel door lifts completely off for access to the inside of the cabinet.
