The plastic drawers as well as the metal organizer have been used. The plastic shelves have some evidence of usage, some cracks here and there. The black plastic drawer is a little more fragile fragile the clear white one, however they are still in a good usable condition regardless.
What is also included here: two envelope folders, adhesive labels and other label sheets, and 26 out of 30 blue ink cartridges for fountain pens.
