Ray-Ban RB6445 Eyeglasses - Silver Frames With Black Ear Pieces. They are in good condition and I barely wore them. I cannot find what the actual prescription in them is, but you can easily get the lenses changed out, the frames were around $225 new. Both eye prescription levels are not the same I know for sure.
