My name is Eric and I’m renting out a room for those who are can’t find a hotel or even just sick of hotel policies. This room comes with a queen size, deep bed, I added crates underneath the bed for a sturdy composition for adult activities 🤗 this room has nice closet, space, Wi-Fi ready, with utilities included, and then make it even better. SMOKING IS ALLOWED. As long as in the room’s destination, The room location in the apartment is next to the entry of the apartment, as well next to the bathroom. THIS IS A NON KITCHEN ACCESS RENTAL…The only common space me and guest will share is the bathroom. Please keep my bathroom tidy and clean as I have it. I’m not like every other renter. This is my home. I enjoyed company. I have homework from time after time, a few of my lady friends. I play my music on the weekends with my company we may drink play cards, etc. if this is too much for you.
