This is a vintage piece (AS IS), with wear consistent with age (SEE PHOTOS), but great design never fades. GET THE AFFORDABLE OPTION OF THE: Saarinen Tulip Chair (Compare Online and this is a STEAL!) Originally Designed by Eero Saarinen in 1955-1956, and manufactured by Knoll International. Design Features: Known for its single pedestal base, eliminating the "slum of legs" found in traditional chairs, and its organic, sculptural form. Materials: Features a molded fiberglass reinforced plastic shell and a cast aluminum base, often with a Rilsan coated finish. Comfortable, but adding your own cushion can create the accent that suits your personal style.
