USB 3.0 card reader I can usually meet Monday through Friday, in front of Cirkle-K in downtown Chicago, (211 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60606), from 8am to 5:30pm. There is temporary parking on West Adams or South Franklin Streets. (or if you want i can meet inside Willis Tower food court) i can also meet at Lombard train station, in the parking lot of 7-Eleven (1 W St Charles Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). Here I usually can meet M-F 7pm to 10pm, and on weekends/holidays should be most of the day.
