Must be 18 quality tattoos In the shop environment online booking deposit required. Generally 1/4 of the tattoo that goes towards your tattoo when you show up to your appointment. So it is not an extra charge or extra fee I am located on the north side of Chicago near Fullerton and kostner I do work in a shop also I work with all budgets, barter & open for trades on good let me know what you have available.
