The corners are rounded and fraying from both storage and use. There is a significant amount of spinal separation noted on both the exterior and multiple interior spots. There is discoloration and staining from both storage and exposure throughout the last 100+ years. The secondary front cover page has an ownership inscription in beautiful penmanship from the time period. The title page has beautiful and original colored illustrations.
