Private room for rent

Hi! I have got 2 bedrooms available for single occupants to rent in my Six-bedroom house off Victoria Drive in South East Van. 1 room is upstairs, another room is on the lower level suite. With New Paint - New Walls - New Windows - New Area Rugs - and Partially or Fully furnished rooms are also available by request! $1000 Flat-Rate for each Room! Rent includes Utilities: Gas, Hydro, High Speed Internet (with Netflix, PrimeVideo, Crave, Disney+ and AppleTV), In-Suite Laundry, Trash/Recycling removed weekly, and a 55 Gallon Freshwater Aquarium. We are artists and musicians. There are 3 of us right now. We are all male residents ranging from ages 38 to late 40s. We sometimes stay up late. There are minimal sound restrictions inside the house. We are also working professionals. We keep a clean living environment. We have communal spaces everyone can enjoy, and we also all have our own rooms. Small Pets negotiable with additional Deposit. Free parking (On the Street). Storage space available. Each room is equipped with blinds and thermal/blackout curtains. Smoking is Permitted outside and Drinking is Permitted inside the house. $500 Deposit required with potential references to secure the room's availability. Please be employed or have a very steady source of income. Month-to-month Rental Agreement. Available immediately! We will consider, respect and appreciate all walks of life and self-identities.
