#1 1870’s Victorian Thomas Steven’s Stevengraph woven pure silk picture titled “Are You Ready.” Stevengraphs are pictures woven from silk originally created by Thomas Stevens (1818-1888) in the 19th century. This beauty is depiction of the March 15, 1883 win of Oxford over Cambridge in a rowing match on the River Thames. A collectible piece. Good condition considering the age. Framed and matted in the original frame. Any wear commensurates with the age. Art is approximately 6” wide and 2” long.
