a painting with Notre dame in the background

this is a real signed painting the only problems with it is the right bottom corner of it is very discolored, the sides and edges of the painting are frayed, and on the sides some nails are sticking out but overall as an artist myself I think it's quite a beautiful painting and I've seen the same painting in good condition sell for 500 dollars
