antique vintage beaded velvet Vest top (Eastern European)

This is an antique, beautiful, unique glass beaded, embroidered velvet vest. The padded vest features intricate couture quality floral glass handstitched beadwork and a distinctive design. Eastern European origin (I do not know what ethnicity exactly, but I got it in Budapest). collectible frame to display couture level beadwork I literally bought from an old woman in Budapest in 1990. but she did not tell me about the origin or provenance, or have forgotten by now.
