Laundry included at no extra cost to you. Internet and cable TV will also be included at no extra cost to you. Room is furnished. You can choose to remove any of the furniture already in the room or keep it as it is. It is ultimately up to you. ****No parking is available**** Absolutely zero tolerance for partying or drugs. Marijuana use is OK as long as it's smoked outside in the smoking area, smoking cigarettes is also ok in the same area. Pls msg me if you're interested and we can book a viewing.
