Brown cat condo/cat tree (from pet smart)

Brown cat tree from PetSmart, retails for $140. 49 1/4 inches tall, 24 inches wide and 16 inches deep. Our cat has decided he doesn't want to be tall and has embraced the floor life, so he rarely uses it and it just takes up space. In good condition apart from one of the poles unravelling a little (the rest are mint) and the pom pom toy missing (last photo). Pick up only, closest intersection is College and Lansdowne.
