E-Bike Chameleon Daymak

Hi i am selling my chameleon daymak electric bike. It goes 60km per hour, i just recently got it from a friend of mine. The bike does need a little fix with the motor or throttle i’m not too sure when i use the throttle the wheel won’t spin but that is the only problem everything else works fine. I tried to solve it but don’t know what to do and i just found out the best option was to sell it, it’s a great bike and turns on with L.E.D lights installed on the outer part. The bike comes with a charger plus manual. Selling for $400 knowing the bike is worth more but if the fix is a problem for you i can go lower and negotiate.
