Tiffany Notes 925 sterling necklace with original box and pouch

Beautiful authentic Tiffany & Co. Notes necklace, featuring the iconic "727 Fifth Avenue, New York, 10022" address of Tiffany's flagship store in a cursive script, on a fine silver chain. Pendant measures about 35mm in diameter, and chain is about 44cm in total length. Quarter shown to demonstrate size. Chain is about 1mm thick. Necklace comes with original gift box and pouch. Both pendant and chain have a dark patina tarnish that I have left intact because I think it adds character and looks gorgeous. The patina can easily be polished off if you prefer a polished look.
