80s Whimsigoth Ditsy Floral Button Front Tea Dress w/ Belt

Charming handmade and one of a kind 1980s ditsy floral midi length tea dress, with an all-over print of small roses in pink, purple, lavender and green on a black background. The moody and dark print give this dress some 90s grunge/ whimsigoth/ dark cottagecore flavor in a 80s style silhouette. Dress has a button-front bodice with gold and black buttons, and a matching fabric belt with round buckle. It has short puffed sleeves and a flowing A-line skirt. Waist is elasticized so it cinches comfortably. Dress has small shoulder pads that are sewn in with a couple stitches and are easy to remove if desired. Dress is in very good vintage condition. It fits like a size XS or S, please see measurements. Pit to pit measures about 16", waist measures about 11.5" unstretched and stretches past 16" on the elastic.
