Resident Alien: Season 1 (Blu-ray)

In good condition. Comes with slipcover. Based on the hit Dark Horse comic series by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse, Resident Alien: Season One delivers a pitch-perfect blend of deadpan dark comedy, sci-fi mystery, and small-town quirk. Alan Tudyk (Firefly, Rogue One) gives a tour-de-force physical and comedic performance as an alien invader who crash-lands in rural Patience, Colorado. Forced to assume the identity of a reclusive local doctor, "Harry Vanderspeigle," he is dragged into assisting the local sheriff with a murder investigation while secretly scouring the snowcapped mountains for the wreckage of his lost doomsday device. As he clumsily mimics human behavior and navigates friendships with his empathetic clinic assistant Asta (Sara Tomko) and a young boy who can see his true alien face, Harry faces an unexpected moral crisis: are humans actually worth annihilating, or are they worth saving? Containing all 10 unrated Season 1 episodes and deleted scenes across 2 discs, this pre-owned Blu-ray set is tested and complete with its original collectible embossed retail slipcover.
