High End Couch, Chair, Ottoman

High end furniture. All wood construction. Re-built and reupholstered a few years ago. Couch has rarely been sat on. Chair & ottoman need to be cleaned as it gets daily use. All pieces in excellent condition. VERY comfortable, I mean extremely comfortable! You can come check it out before you commit to buying. It doesn’t need reupholstering, but of course that’s an option. Measurements: 86” long. 40” deep. $800 was original price I listed it for but willing to negotiate.
