It’s disassembled and ready for pick up. Note: moving company we hired broke 11 of the plastic pieces during the move which are still usable to hold wooden boards along frame, 1 missing plastic piece. Bed sits on frame good still, no issues. If wanted you could order new plastic pieces on Amazon. Doesn’t affect storage / lift up.
