Lego Ninjago Master Falls Set, Incomplete

Lego Ninjago Master Falls Set, Definitely Incomplete and seems to be missing a good amount of pieces, also I could not find the place to put the cage. Includes 2 minifigs, Wu and Garmadon, Wu as a long crack on its right arm. Wu's skirt(the piece of clothing) is not in that good of a condition, might be ripped of to an extent, Garmadon's hands feel loose overall. It looks like in the picture I took Garmadon's piece of clothing is the wrong way around(I can change that before pickup). No Garmadon Hat and No Wu Hat and Staff. This set does not have stickers, No Instructions, Box and Extra Pieces, Pick up in Bernard avenue and Yonge Street.
