Midea 8,000 BTU ASHRAE (5,300 BTU SACC) Portable Air Conditioner, Cools up to 175 Sq. Ft, Works as Dehumidifier & Fan, Remote Control & Window Kit Included, White. In excellent condition and very well cared for; the outside has been frequently wiped down, and the easily removable filter in the back has been rinsed regularly. Comes with window kit pieces (unit does not go in the window, it goes on the floor and just the hose and holder go in the window) and two remotes, as well as a black drawstring storage cover I bought separately. This is a fabulous unit, runs like a charm and the sound isn’t overly loud or obnoxious, I’m only selling due to moving. Comes from a non smoking home. Prompt pick up and etransfer would be appreciated.
