Private room in a beautiful basement

Beautiful basement with 2 rooms and 1 washroom (only one room available). The place included tv, dishwasher, laundry and microwave. Is really close to the bus station (2 blocks) and for a few restaurants and stores near by. Is a really cozy place to stay and im looking for someone (woman preference) responsible, clean and friendly that took my room.
