Victorian/antique Paragon autograph album. Circa 1800’s. This type of album wa typically used to collect signatures, poems and drawings from friends and family. It was used to store sentiments, memories and artistic sketches. A collectible piece. One of the entries signed “Penville” after her name which could be in Simcoe County, Ontario. It appears that this gem belonged to Mamie Batters. There are twenty five entries and one drawing of a bird. Many of the entries have beautiful colourful stickers that remain brilliantly vibrant. All the pages are gold edged. Good condition considering the age. Any wear commensurates with the age. Approximately 8” in length and 5” In depth.
