Vintage 1976 Evangeline Canada Art Pottery Rabbit Figurine

This striking mid-century modern style ceramic figurine features a stylized sitting rabbit dressed in a highly vibrant orange and black drip glaze finish. The high-gloss glaze cascades beautifully over the head and ears, pooling into a deep espresso chocolate brown body with fiery atomic orange streaks. It serves as a fantastic pop of retro color on a modern nursery bookshelf or a whimsical accent piece on a living room end table. Hand-glazed and dated to August 1976, this authentic piece of Canadian design belongs to the iconic Evangeline line by Canuck Pottery. The figurine stands just over 4 inches tall, featuring the classic hand-painted gold cursive signature on its flank, making it a highly displayable addition to any retro animal pottery collection.
