Natalie was lovely to deal with. and very patient. She was understanding when I explained I had forgot which box I had stored the item in and took me a few minutes to locate, which was a relief. 🤝

She was also very flexible when the meeting location got mixed up. I really appreciated her willingness to adjust and meet me where I was!
