Dealing with Rio was pleasant; they were quick to reply and gave clear instructions for the pick-up.

Rio was very accommodating, offering a discount and being flexible with the pickup time, which made the whole process a great experience 🤝. She was a very kind lady and answered all of our questions patiently. Her husband helped us with the accommodation, and they were both such a kind couple. This was my first experience, and it was truly excellent.

Rio was incredibly helpful when I needed to adjust the pickup and even offered to hold the item for me.
