⭐☆☆☆☆ Even though the item was free, the experience was quite disappointing. Luna suggested a pickup time but responded late when I arrived. She first said she was coming downstairs, then mentioned she wasn’t home, later said her husband would bring the item down, and finally said he wasn’t home either. After all that, there was no courtesy to offer a drop-off despite the wasted time and gas. Unfortunately, this came across as unreliable and inconsiderate.
