l I recently purchased this product, and overall, I found it to work adequately. However, upon receiving it, I encountered an issue with the plug. The product came with a male plug from Asia, which unfortunately did not fit into my Canadian female outlet. Fortunately, I had an international adaptor on hand, which resolved the issue. It would have been helpful if this discrepancy had been clarified in the product advertisement, as it would have allowed for a more informed purchasing decision. Nonetheless, with the adaptor, the product serves its purpose effectively.
