Bee Sarakor was incredibly helpful in navigating transit options and figuring out the best bus route to their place. And also, I felt reassured by Bee Sarakor's willingness to hold the items and even have their son meet me downstairs, outside the entrance of the apartment building, which made the pickup much easier.
