Elle

I found Elle to be very clear and accommodating with the pickup details, making the whole process easy.

Elle -- They made the experience comfortable. offered to help any way they could. **great people**

Elle was really accommodating. When I asked to try the gloves before buying, she was totally fine with it and even suggested meeting at a public place. Elle was very patient and communicative throughout the process, even when I had to change the meet-up time. Plus, she was very descriptive about where she'd be, which was helpful.

Elle was super friendly and easy to coordinate with – she was upfront about everything and very accommodating with the meeting time.
