Communication with Sylvia was excellent, and they sent a message to confirm their location once they reached the spot where we agreed to meet.

Sylvia asked clear questions about the item and confirmed a time that fit both our schedules.

Syl was super flexible with scheduling! I appreciated them working with me to find a time that worked for both of us, and they were very clear about their availability.

I appreciated, Syl Syl was great with communication
