Andy was great to coordinate with; he confirmed the pickup time the night before and was punctual.

Dealing with Andy was smooth, especially when he needed just one stair for his mom. I really appreciated him letting me know he couldn't haul everything I had.

We met up in an open parking lot, they were very friendly. They were there about 10 minutes early and let us know where they were. The tank looked exactly the same as in the pictures and had the same items included. It was also very well priced for a 20 gallon tank with stuff included. Overall great hand off.
