It was really easy to work out a price with Diane, and she was very reasonable with her counter-offers. I appreciated her flexibility and how she was understanding about the pickup, even asking me to bring it out to her car – which was no problem at all! 😊

Diane was great to coordinate with, keeping me updated on her timing and letting me know when she was on her way. She was also very considerate when she arrived, asking if I could bring the item out since she has trouble with stairs. Really made the whole transaction easy!
