Dealing with Angel was a really pleasant experience; she was very communicative and upfront about her sister's situation, which made me want to offer a discount.

Angel and her husband were great to deal with. Angel kept the communication going when the pick up time had to change (through no fault of her at all) and her husband was very respectful at the pickup. (Not standing too close and paying promptly)
