They were really patient and answered all my questions about the bed's functions, even sending helpful videos to show me how everything worked. I appreciated them being so flexible with the pickup time and assembling it for me so my friend could test it out before taking it. Thank you!!!

Safa was incredibly flexible with the delivery location and timing, even offering to drop it off past Sheridan College, which was a huge help. She was so clear about the item details, confirming it didn't have the original box but came with the remote, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Lovely meeting her :)
