Dealing with Nel was a pleasure; she was super flexible, especially with the New Year's Day timing.

Nel was so patient and understanding throughout all the scheduling back and forth. I really appreciated them holding the item for me. They even shared pictures of their own collection which I loved to see! It was truly a pleasure dealing with them. 😊
