I appreciated how Joe was so clear about their availability and figured out a meeting time that worked for both of us, even with a bit of weather concern. he was punctual for our meeting and described exactly what they were wearing, making it easy to find each other.

Joe was great about confirming pick-up times and was flexible with their arrival, even updating me when they were on their way.
