Joseph was good to show me how the unit worked and played one of his CDs. he told me the pop up lud did not always work and offered me to cancel the deal. I appreciated his honesty.

Joseph was incredibly clear in explaining the item details and the bonus freezer tray I'd receive. He was extremely patient with my tight work schedules. He went an extra mile in everything he does. I wouldn't hesitate to do more business with him.He is a very good gentleman.
